Make a left when you exit the door and take the next door directly ahead of you. Make a right and then make your first left. This will lead you to the other side of the first floor west corridor. The Part is in a Boxed Electronic Part box on a cart right when you walk in. Take the Car Key back out to the Parking Garage to open the trunk of one of the cruisers.
